This issue is dedicated to current research in the field of synthesis, modification, and application of new functional materials, development of modern methods of chemical analysis, and creation of biologically active substances. The papers discuss the synthesis of complex phosphates in molten salts, neodymium cuprate solid solution substitutions, and liquid alloys of ternary systems. The regularities of heterocyclic compound reactions, the synthesis of triazole-containing macrocycles using click chemistry and DFT calculations, as well as the photochemical properties of modified polymers are highlighted. Special attention is paid to the coordination compounds of lanthanum, copper, and zinc, the creation of gas-sensitive semiconductor nanomaterials, and new approaches in fluorescent, pH-metric, and chemiluminescent analysis within micellar and solid-phase media.
