This issue is dedicated to current research in the field of synthesis, modification, and application of new functional materials, development of modern methods of chemical analysis, and creation of biologically active substances. A fundamental analysis of polymer chemistry development from organic molecules to macromolecular systems is presented, alongside the characterization of sol-gel processes in complex oxide systems and the features of heterocycle NMR spectroscopy. The regularities of the synthesis of new isoquinolones, flavone-based molecular tweezers for ATP detection, and coordination compounds of copper, palladium, and rare-earth elements are highlighted. Special attention is paid to the application of probabilistic neural networks and "electronic nose" technologies in food identification, the evaluation of oxidoreductase enzymatic activity within micellar media, and new approaches in sorption-photometric and iodometric determination of ions and toxic metals.

For university lecturers, researchers, postgraduate students, and higher education applicants.
