This issue is dedicated to current research in the field of synthesis, modification, and application of new functional materials, development of modern methods of chemical analysis, and creation of biologically active substances. Comprehensive reviews on modern analytical methods for benzophenones, oxalates, tartrates, and diuretics in biological and pharmaceutical objects are presented, alongside applications of electron probe microanalysis for phosphorus determination. The regularities of the Mannich reaction in isocoumarins, kinetics of catalytic processes, CO2 methanation, and the thermochemistry of iron-lanthanide alloy formation are highlighted. Special attention is paid to the influence of heteropolynuclear complexes on cross-linked polyurethane structures, fluorescent properties of phosphorus-containing dendrimers, spectral behavior of flavone and coumaroyl-benzopyrylium chromophore systems, as well as new approaches in hollow-fiber microextraction and sorption preconcentration of trace elements and toxicants on chemically modified silica gels and carbon materials.
For university lecturers, researchers, postgraduate students, and higher education applicants.
