Abstract

Ceramic HTSC samples of GdLnxBa2-xCu3O7±z (Ln-La, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd 0£ x £ 0,6) were synthesized. Dependence of parameters and kinds of lattice symmetry and oxygen stoichiometry from the displacement degree x was studied. It's adjusted that for solid solutions GdLnxBa2-xCu3O7±z (Ln-La, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd) just substances with x=0 and x=0.05 have superconductivity properties in temperature interval 77–300 K.
