Abstract

The influence of the composition of aqueous-acetontrile eluate, its acidity and a flow rate of the mobile phase on the separation of
ingredients of the soft beverages was studied by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography. Samples of tea "Граф
Грей", "Принцеса Нурі" and coffee "Acteca", "Alescado","Chibo exclusive", "Grand", decaffeinate "Nescafe Classic" was analyzed
in optimal conditions of separations, under the optimal composition of acetonitrile – acetic buffer solution (pH 4,8) – 12,5:87,5
(volume:volume), flow rate o the mobile phase 80 µl/min.
