Анотація

Бензофенон (БФ) та його похідні використовують як фотостабілізатори завдяки їхній здатності захищати різні речовини та матеріали від шкідливої дії УФ-випромінювання. Ці речовини входять до складу сонцезахисних косметичних засобів, також їх додають в деякі барвники, емалі, пігменти, полімерні матеріали для захисту від УФ-світла. В результаті застосування ліків, косметичних засобів, барвників, полімерів та інших виробів дифенілкетони можуть потрапляти в довкілля і в організм людини. Відомо, що ці речовини здатні накопичуватися в організмі людини, викликаючи руйнування ендокринної системи, приводячи до алергічних наслідків: подразнення шкіри, болі у горлі тощо. У роботі критично розглянуті основні фізико-хімічні властивості, токсичність, сучасні методи вилучення, концентрування та визначення бензофенону та його похідних в об'єктах довкілля, косметичних засобах, біозразках, промислових матеріалах.
